You classify the business of the employer within the state, not separate employments, occupations, or operations within the business. For specific codes, refer to the Classification section of the Minnesota Basic Manual or the Classification Search tool, both found on our website.

What constitutes Full Time (0913) vs. Part Time (0908) for the Domestic Worker or Nanny codes?
